Nothing upfront. We work on a contingency basis only, meaning we're paid a fee when your hire actually starts, and the fee itself is priced below standard specialist-recruitment rates. If we don't place someone, you don't pay us anything. Every placement is also covered by a 12-week replacement guarantee.
For candidates
Applying, cost and what to expect.
Yes, always. PipTalent is paid by the hiring company on a contingency basis, never by candidates. There's no fee at any stage of the process for you.
